CM Online
Customers can obtain CribMaster software applications via two delivery methodologies, as an enterprise version which resides behind a customer's firewall (the traditional delivery model) or as a hosted application, where WinWare maintains the hardware and software and provides the software functionality over the web. The hosted methodology has many advantages, including faster installation/implementations, reduced burden on internal personnel, and transfer of infrastructure and maintenance responsibilities to WinWare, who becomes accountable for providing managed services. Customers that elect a hosted service also enjoy being the recipient of maintenance upgrades with no expensive implementation fees.
